We just had a very nice meal at Blue Dust. I had an Asian chicken salad – without the chicken – and they were kind enough to take $3 off my bill. And the salad was great, very fresh.

I went here about a month ago and I can’t wait to go back. We enjoyed some delicious half priced appetizers (red bean dip and artichoke dip). Soo GOOD! I ended up getting the smoked brisket sandwich which had a delicious horseradish sauce on it. My fellow diners enjoyed their meals as well. Place wasn’t busy at all, I don’t understand it. The food was amazing, the food was priced right, and they even have vegetarian options.

Thanks for the info! I have passed by the Blue Dust several times during construction but never stopped since it opened. I will now! I am always looking for local places for dinner and was just not sure what type of place it was but I am excited to give it a try.

I love this place! I have been there twice recently and have had excellent meals and beer.Beer selection is unique. I had the sierra nevada summer ale(outstanding and hoffbrauhaus oktoberfest. The happy hour can’t be beat with half price brews.(5-7) Brisket sandwich was delicious. Jerry is awesome. I was there when it was slow and he gave me a tour of the kitchen highlighting the smokers where brisket and turkey were simmering.Try it .You won’t find a better place.

Good point, Jon. I intended to link to the menu up on their web site but apparently never did. That menu lists all the prices. For reference, the stir fry I ordered was $10.95 (vegetarian version). That price included the side salad. Just for reference, I make a point to leave out details like hours and pricing and provide a restaurant-specific link to Urbanspoon, where you can find up-to-date information and often times a menu as well.
