I've been here maybe ten times over the last year and a half, and although the service can be a little slow from time to time, all of the food I've had has been SO good. The spoke junkie app is a bit small but really tasty, their raspberry vinaigrette is oddly creamy and good, and the roadie (a panini with portobellos, roasted red peppers, spinach, and provolone) is my pick pretty much every time. The alley cat is definitely next on my To Try list.

I have to completely disagree with Lester's post. Sounds like you had a bad experience or a "bone" to pick. Maybe a dog bone? I'm a big fan and haven't had a bad meal there yet. Would be interested in hearing what exactly you got that you disliked so much.

Regarding slow service, keep in mind that I went late Sunday afternoon, so my experience with the wait time probably wasn't very representative. It would be a shame if they had a definite problem. I also know that I have friends who are big fans and have never had any such complaint. Did you experience slow service on multiple visits?

Regarding food that "tasted like dog[ ]food," (which is kind of redudant), it would be helpful to know what you ordered.

I don't know what restaurant you visited...service was slow and food tasted like dogfood. Definitely a place to avoid.
