Well here’s another one to add to your list: I was pleasantly surprised to see avocado on my Sababa Salad earlier today. I’ll definitely be posting that outing this week.

Thanks for the review. I’m suprised at how many salads in Pittsburgh don’t have a nice heaping portion of Avocado. That salad you had second go ’round looks really good. Do you remember if they had any wheatgrass drinks/shots?

You’re right – no additives or sweeteners are added to our juices or smoothies. Great suggestions regarding the dressing and knives too! We do have a balsamic/oil mix for the more dressing-inclined, and are glad to give ya a knife. Also, the flavoring of the Garden Salad is a touch of Braggs Amino Acid- a low-sodium soy sauce alternative. We love suggestions, so keep ‘em coming – see ya next visit!

I’m moving to Pittsburgh in a few days after leaving in DC for the past three years, and I must say that I love reading your blog. It’s giving me lots of foodie things to look forward to. Can’t wait!
